Today I walked into class with ten minutes remaining so really I had no idea what was going on. The only part I caught was GPS and that it means Global Positioning System. Besides that I have no idea what went on today so yeah!

FILM Athens lay in the middle of a Mediterranean peninsula. Reading and writing was a rare skill and there wasn't a such thing as medicine or science. The common people lived under the rule of the aristocrats. The Corinthians dominated the Greek trade. In the southern part of Greece Sparta built up a brutal fighting force so they could not be overtaken by newcomers. Images of Greek fighters are found all throughout Greece painted on walls and ceilings. The land around Athens grew olives and grains for the people to eat. People would boat into the Mediterranean Sea to be met by others to trade their goods. Hippias took over after his father and began to reign like him. After Hippias's brother was murdered, Hippias ordered execution after execution for revenge for whoever killed his brother. He became paranoid and suspicious of everyone and killed those he no longer liked. He ordered mass executions for the people that murdered his brother and for those families of the men who ...
Notes Jesus of Nazareth Roman power spread to Judea; home of the Jews around 63 B.C. 6 A.D. Rome seized control of the Jewish kingdom and made it a province of the empire. Biblical tradition told of a Messiah that would come to restore and save the Jews. Jews believed that they would be saved by this Messiah. Sometime around 6 and 4 B.C., Jesus; a Jew, was born into the town of Bethlehem in Judea. Raised in Nazareth in northern Palestine, he was baptized under John the Baptist. Jesus began his public ministry at the age of thirty. He worked, taught, preached, and performed miracles upon the people. Most of what is known about Jesus can be found in the gospels in the Bible. Jesus' Death and Resurrection Jesus was welcomed into Jerusalem in 29 A.D. by many large crowds and praised. The crowds greeted him as the king or th...
AFTER TEST After the test I began to write my blog. I don't really know what to blog about but I guess I can talk about how I thought the test went. I think I actually did pretty decent on it; definitely better than the last one at least. The essay question was not that hard either, I chose the one about why people decide to manufacture their products outside of The US rather than in The US. I don't know if this is entirely correct, but I just talked about why prices are raised if products are made in the US. I believe its because the company has to make a certain price to cut even and a higher price to make a profit. If the product is made in The US, you have to pay for the materials to manufacture it whereas if it was made in China all you have to do is pay to have it shipped over here. I think it is honestly easier to buy the product outside of The US because then we (the country) don't have to purchase the materials to manufacture it and then charge a ridiculous pri...
