FISH
Today we talked about the food that the Greeks ate and the difficulties that they faced. We learned that they ate olives and grains. After a little bit of discussion, Faith argued that FISH should be up there too. Finally, Mr. Schick gave in and added fish to the slide. We continued on with the presentation and we got to the Trojan War. We talked a little bit about how some people thought it was a myth and how they were right or wrong. Finally Mr. Schick stopped teaching and we took some notes from the textbook. Then after documenting some facts, we started to translate them into our blogs. That is about it so.. yeah!

Test Grade Finalized As of today, I officially got my first A on a human geo test. I know whoever is reading this is probably like wow it took long enough and yes, it did. I finally got an A on one of his tests instead of getting a thirty percent or a forty. I actually think that my highest was a sixty-nine and now this is my highest. I was actually really glad too because it raised my grade up and now I have all B-ees and two A-s I know that isn't good but I actually have really high B-ees. I am working really hard because I have to raise my gpa. Anyway, I got a ninety-two, not a high A, but an A. Basically we just went over the test during class and that will help for our midterm review and eventually the midterm.

It appears that I have forgotten to write my blog Friday or Saturday. Now I have no excuse and Socrates is probably shocked. Friday we talked about two maps and how they were different and which one was correct and which was incorrect. Then we watched a little film where people were trying to sell maps to people in the White House. It was all fake of course, then we continued to talk about the two maps. Class was mainly about the maps, except for the part in which the girls complained that it was too hot. The Bel Air versus John Carroll game was really fun too. The only thing was I didn't know if I wanted to be at the top of the bleachers or the bottom. If you look at it, if you sit at the top and the structure collapses you have the longest drop. But if you are at the bottom and somebody falls it is human dominoes and you get squished into a pancake.
